Falsifying your age for the purpose of purchasing items or purchasing items on behalf of a minor from this web site is illegal. We’ll send your order to delivery address written in your order.
• We’re not responsible for undelivered/ long time delivered order caused by wrong/ incomplete address.
• We’re not responsible for package returned because of unclaimed by address to the Post Indonesia.
• We do not charge anything else beside cigarettes price and we are not responsible for any additional (local) custom costs/duty taxes apart from the price listed in our website may applied in your country.
• We’re not responsible for undelivered/ long time delivered order caused hold by Customs. Customs issues and regulations are outside of our control.
• Find out your country’s policy for importing tobacco and cigarettes product. Confiscated by Customs not be refunded.
• In the even that you do not receive your packages within 25 days, these packages are declared lost or stolen and we guarantee to resend you the packages or to fully refund you the money for your order. But if your package was detained by customs, you must to wait until status your package clear. If your package return to us, for a resend fee you can see in http://ems.posindonesia.co.id
• Your order is delivered by PT Pos Indonesia, which is an Indonesian government company.

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES, CANADIAN AND AUSTRALIAN

We suggest you to order only 1 carton per order if you are not willing to pay extra money for duty taxes. The maximum quantity for international acceptance limit is 10 packs or 200 cigarettes. However, we not guarantee that no duties will be charged as the policy for importing tobacco products is vary from place to place. If you place a larger than 10 packs or 200 cigarettes order, you will always have to pay duty taxes by your own.

We suggest you to order maximum 2 cartons per shipment. This avoids the long process of customs inspection
