Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING INFO

1. All orders are shipped within 2-3 days once your payment been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. In order to avoid fraud and to protect our valuable customers we ship from Indonesia via Express Mail Service (EMS) (estimated arrival time 7 – 16 business days). You will be provided with EMS Tracking Number so you can always track your order shipment.
2. You can check the status of your package at any time in www.usps.com or www.posindonesia.co.id
3. If you have not received your item within 6-14 working day please Track your order. You may need to call your post office and quote your tracking number.
4. No additional shipping cost for separately parcel /delivery 
5. For Afganistan, Turkey, Australia we will ship via Register Mail (estimated arrival time 14 – 28 business days).

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Jakarta, Indonesia through Indonesian Postal Service with Express Mail Service (EMS) with estimated arrival time in 4- 11 business days. You will be provided with EMS tracking ID so you can always track your order shipment. We ship WORLD WIDE.

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES, CANADIAN AND AUSTRALIAN

We suggest you to order only 1 carton per order if you are not willing to pay extra money for duty taxes. The maximum quantity for international acceptance limit is 10 packs or 200 cigarettes. However, we not guarantee that no duties will be charged as the policy for importing tobacco products is vary from place to place. If you place a larger than 10 packs or 200 cigarettes order, you will always have to pay duty taxes by your own. 

UNITED STATES
We suggest you to order only 2 cartons per shipment. This avoids the long process of customs inspection

Western States Include: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming.

Eastern States are all other USA States (except Territories).
Western States : Normally 4-7 days and Max Order 2 Cartons
Eastern States : Normally 5-11 days and Max Order 2 Cartons

Purchaser bears outward shipping costs. We deliver to almost any destination in the world except Columbia, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg and Singapore because their duty custom doesn’t allow imported cigarettes and cigars.

DELIVERY TIME

The goods will arrive within 7 – 14 business days, depend on the destination, for express shipping. Please notice that in some rare occasions it may take 21 – 28 business days. Please be advised that if you use forwarding address, the delivery time can take longer.

In the even that you do not receive your packages within 25 days, these packages are declared lost or stolen and we guarantee to resend you the packages or to fully refund you the money for your order. But if your package was detained by customs, you must to wait until status your package clear. If your package return to us, for a resend fee you can see in www.usps.com or http://ems.posindonesia.co.id

Please remember that you must mention your complete a valid shipping address while registering and placing orders. If the address is incomplete, you may not qualify for a refund as we are helpless in case of refund claims for orders which show incomplete shipping address. Always double check your postal code, city, state, street name, and building number. The more descriptive address you give, the less the trouble you would face at the time of delivery.

All orders will be dispatched after our payment processor has notified us of the purchase. All delivery dates are given in good faith and delays are the responsibility of the courier or the post service used. Confirmation of any loss by the courier or by the post can only be verified after a period of thirty days after dispatch.

The parcels are collected by Indonesian Post at 10 a.m. West Indonesian Time (UTC/GMT +7). Orders received after 10 a.m. are sent on the next business day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Indonesian public Holidays are sent on the first working day following reception.
