- We're not responsible for undelivered/ long time delivered order caused by wrong/ incomplete address.
- We're not responsible for package returned because of unclaimed by addresse to the Post Indonesia.
- We do not charge anything else beside cigarettes price and we are not responsible for any additional (local) custom costs/duty taxes apart from the price listed in our website may applied in your country.
- We're not responsible for undelivered/ long time delivered order caused hold by Customs. Customs issues and regulations are outside of our control.
- Find out your country's policy for importing tobacco and cigarettes product. Confiscated by Customs not be refunded.
- Your order is delivered by PT Pos Indonesia, which is an Indonesian government company.
- Every purchase under 2 cartons of cigarettes will be charged for USD 6.00 by the processor payment as transaction fee

All cigarettes and cigars come with Indonesian government tax stamping. Government health warning on the cigarettes and cigars packaging printed in Indonesian language. You are responsible for paying duty taxes applied by your local government customs.
